Welcome to WebWeavers LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the web design, development, hosting, and related services we provide. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Services: We provide website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Proposal or Agreement.
Project Process & Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees. Projects are completed on a milestone basis. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback delays.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Final payment is due upon project completion and before website launch or file handover. Late payments may result in suspension of services or delayed delivery. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Intellectual Property & Ownership: Upon full and final payment, you will receive full ownership of the custom-designed website. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio. We own all pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies used in development.
Client Content: You are responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos, etc.) and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use such content. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by content you supply.7. Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting and ongoing maintenance services are provided on a monthly or annual basis. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without prior consent.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebWeavers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Warrants & Disclaimers: We warrant that the website will substantially conform to the agreed specifications. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or traffic levels.
Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State].
